I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once I have received your order it will be processed within 1-3 days.
Your order will be packaged carefully and sent by Royal Mail, 2nd class signed for.
You can upgrade to 1st class signed for when you place your order.
Items will be posted when Post Offices during their opening hours and so no items can be posted on Sundays, these will wait until the Monday.
